5 Ways to Become the Best Version of Yourself

1) Don’t be a slave to your fears: You are in complete control of your life. Don’t get intimidated by your fears. You won’t be able to lead the kind of life you want, if you keep letting your fears get the best of you. Fear is not real. It is the product of thoughts you create. Every thought you think is creating your future. The things you think about will eventually manifest themselves in reality. So be mindful of the things you want manifested in your reality. Replace negative thoughts with positive thoughts. When you fill your mind with positive thoughts, you will have positive results.
2) Speak positive words: Words have creative forces. The words you speak goes before you to create the things you want. You can create the kind of life you want by speaking the right words. The things you speak can either hold you captive or set you free. The power to shape your destiny and become the best version of yourself is in your mouth. It is time you watch the words you speak and the effect they have on you. Words are like seeds; when spoken, they take root and germinate. They can produce either positive or negative fruits. Speak positive words and they will produce positive fruits. Speak negative words and they will produce negative fruits. You get whatever you speak.
3) Act with confidence: Everyone has fears. Even the bravest creatures have something they are afraid of; but it’s not enough reason to stop them from journeying on the path they are destined to go. Most times, it is easy for people to act in a negative way when faced with challenging situations. When you see your fears as stepping stones to become a better and stronger person, you will find the strength and confidence to approach them with courage. No matter the challenge you face in life, do not conform to the situation. Your attitude declares your conviction. Self-confidence is the best outfit; rock it and own it. Take charge of your life and become the best version of yourself.
4) See the good in every situation: It is impossible for a sad person to stand in front of a mirror expecting to see a happy face. It is easy to embrace hopelessness when things don’t seem to go the way you plan. To some people, it is almost impossible to see the good in a bad situation. When you train your mind to see the good in every situation, you will find out that your life will suddenly be filled with gratitude. You become grateful for the little things in life. This helps you see clearly the things you once ignored or neglected. To become the best version of yourself, it is essential you learn to see the good in every situation.
5) Have a grateful heart: A grateful heart is an irresistible magnet attracting everything good into your life. Gratitude opens you up to a world of endless possibilities. When you are always grateful, life gives you its best offerings. When you give a gift to a grateful person, they will appreciate the gift with a heart full of thanks. This makes you want to do more for the person next time, because they expressed gratitude. But when you give a gift to an ingrate, they will always find a reason to complain about the gift. Such attitude will not attract further favors from the giver. You attract more into your life when you form the habit of expressing gratitude for everything that has been given to you; even when you do not always get what you want. A grateful heart will help you be all that you are destined to become.
