There is no peace or happiness for man, until he has erased all fear from his mind. Fear is misdirected energy and must be redirected, or transformed into Faith. You will continue to lag behind the more you keep letting your fears get a foothold on you. You won’t be able to live your life to the fullest with such misdirected energy. You have the ability to choose one thought over the other. Choose faith over fear. Don’t let your fears get the best of you. There is really no reason to be afraid when you can do something about it. By taking action, you diminish your fears. Take action now.
Take a look at four (4) ways to become more confident;
1) Face your fears: Fear is a liar. If you make decisions based on fear, your outcome will be futile. You won’t be able to achieve anything meaningful with fear clouding your judgment. Be of one mind. Don’t give fear any more room to paralyze your hopes and dreams. Face your fears. When you face your fears, you will realize that the thing holding you back was all in your head. You attract the equivalent energy you send out. If you keep sending out fears, you will keep getting terrifying results. But when you send out faith, the universe will honor your request by giving you the very thing you asked.
2) Don’t fear failure: One of the reasons people don’t take a chance on their dreams is usually due to fear of failure. This very reason keeps them in bondage, thereby preventing them from taking any action. There is no reason to be afraid of failure. Failure is not fatal. Change your perspective. Learn to see failure as part of success, because in reality that’s what it really is. Every successful person knows that there is never really any success without the experience of failure. Failure is simply another opportunity to go for what you want with a better experience. Don’t limit yourself by taking no action. Take action now.
3) Discard negative thinking: When you get to understand the power of your thoughts, you will understand that you attract everything you believe. Your thoughts can either stop you from accomplishing something or propel you to achieve all that you want to achieve. If you continue to believe as you have always believed, you will continue to act as you have always acted. And the more this keeps going on, you will keep getting the same old results. Discard negative thinking. Don’t let negative thoughts form within your mind. It will sabotage your mindset; poisoning it from making good judgment.
4) Surround yourself with positive people: You are just as strong as the people you surround yourself with. The people you spend time with reflects a lot on you. If you have always been timid and fearful, it shows the kind of friends you keep as company. Surround yourself with people who brings out the very best in you; people who forces you to level up. Surround yourself with people who take action the moment they see an opportunity; and are not afraid to learn from their mistakes. These are the very people that will gear you up to make a move in the positive direction. Surround yourself with positive people.
