If you can imagine it, the universe will give it to you. You will attract whatever you give your attention, energy and focus to, whether positive or negative. If you want to attract positive things into your life, fill your mind with positive things. Your mind believes what you tell it, so tell it positive things. You will be amazed at what you attract after you start believing in what you deserve.
The rules of attraction.
Think of yourself as a human magnet, constantly attracting what you think, feel and speak. You will attract the very things you focus on, think about, read about, and talk about. You become what you think about most of the time, but you also attract what you think about most.
Here are five (5) rules of attraction;
1. Think about what you want to attract most of the time.
You attract the things that dominates your mind. What consumes your mind, controls your life. The things you think about most of the time, affects the quality of your life. If you can’t control your thoughts, you can’t control your actions. Be conscious of the kind of thoughts you let dominate your mind, for they are the very things that will be attracted to you in reality. What you think sparks a vibration that affects how you feel, impacts what you attract and creates your reality.
2. Write positive affirmations to attract your desires.
Positive affirmations help reprogram your mind by breaking negative thinking patterns and instilling positive thinking patterns. In order to attract positivity into your life, you need to start vibrating on a positive frequency; similarly, vibrating on a negative frequency will attract negativity into your life.
Positive affirmations are phrases you can either say aloud or quietly, that will help build you up especially in times of difficulty. They help you overcome negative thoughts that can sometimes overpower you and make you doubt yourself. Positive affirmations help rewire your thinking pattern to move in the positive direction.

3. Visualize yourself achieving your desires.
Visualize yourself achieving your desires day in day out. If you can see yourself achieving the things you want, you can attract them into your life. You can’t attract what you don’t first see from within. Vividly visualize your desires and believe that they can be manifested in reality and they will surely be attracted to you.
Visualization is very powerful. You can’t attract the things you can’t visualize. Once you consciously and deliberately visualize what you want, you can begin to attract them into your life.
4. Practice positive emotions.
Positive thoughts generate positive feelings and attract positive life experiences. When you are at peace with yourself, you attract positive energy. Your mind is like a magnet that attracts whatever you think about. If you constantly think of good things, you will attract good and nice things into your life. Then again, if all you think about are difficulties and setbacks, you will attract more problems into your life than ever before. Make a choice every day to practice positive emotions.
5. Act like you have it.
Your attitude is everything. You can only attract the things you desire when you truly start believing in yourself. The best way to impress your mind to believe that your desires are granted is by acting the part. If you want to attract positivity in your life, you need to start acting in a positive manner. If you need to be financially stable and free of debts, you need to start acting like a rich person. Have a rich mindset that doesn’t think about the things you lack or in need of, but the things you have and are grateful for. As you realize and appreciate the things you have, you will attract more things in abundance to be grateful for.
