Your thoughts and feelings sends out a vibration which attracts everything in your life. Negative thoughts and feelings can lower your vibration that you begin to experience negative vibes, bad breaks, disappointments, misfortunes and failures.

Everything is energy. Whatever you send out, you will certain get back. Always send out positive vibrations. Always stay positive even in difficult times. Don’t feel pressured about the things happening to you. Remember that life is only 10 percent of what happens to you, the remaining 90 percent is based on your attitude.

Be mindful of the things that lower your vibration and cease doing them.

Before we look at the things that lower your vibration, let us take a look at some of the signs of low vibration.

Signs of low vibration.

Someone who is vibrating at a low frequency is in a negative mental state. Here are some signs that someone is vibrating at a low frequency:

  1. Stress, anxiety and depression.
  2. Fear, anger and insecurity.
  3. Ungratefulness and unforgiveness.
  4. Fatigue and low energy.
  5. Always making wrong decisions.
  6. Stuck in the past.
  7. Always feeling they are the victim.

Then again, someone with high vibration always radiate positivity, good vibes, happiness and inner peace.

Things That Lower Your Vibration.

Listed below are the things that lower your vibration. Stay away from them if you want to raise your vibration.

1. Stress.

Stress lowers your vibration that it prevents you from performing at your best. Whenever you feel stressed out, your vibration becomes low. Someone who feels stressed vibrates at a low frequency which limit their productivity.

Try not to stress yourself about things of little importance. Whenever the feeling of stress or anxiety comes, learn to take a rest. As you have some rest, you will feel energetic afterwards and your vibration will be increased.

2. Lack of sleep.

Getting adequate amount of sleep at night can raise your vibration the following morning. Lack of sleep will make you feel grumpy and irritable in the morning. After a stressful day, having a good night’s sleep is all the medication your body needs.

Lack of sleep will make you lose your ability to focus during the day. It will lower your vibration that you become too slow to concentrate in achieving your tasks.

Practice a good evening routine before going to bed at night. There are several things to do to sleep better at night. Let go of your stress, worries and negative thoughts before going to bed at night for they will lower your vibration.

3. Wrong environment.

The place you stay can either raise or lower your vibration. Being in the wrong environment surrounded by the wrong people can lower your vibration. If you find yourself in an environment that gives you negative vibes and drains your energy, change to another environment filled with good vibes and positive people.

The environment you stay have a major impact on you. You may not quickly realize the negative effect the wrong environment is doing to you until it becomes too late to leave. Pay attention to your feelings when you are in a new environment. If your environment seems to lower your vibration, change the environment as soon as possible.

4. Negative self-talk.

The things you say to yourself will either uplift you or bring you down. Avoid saying anything to yourself that you do not want manifested in reality. Be mindful of your self-talk for it can lower or raise your vibration.

Negative self-talks can lower your vibration to a point that you begin to act in a negative way. It has a negative impact on your self-esteem and the way you perceive the world.

Replace all negative self-talks with positive self-talks and you will begin to vibrate at a frequency of possibilities. Your mental state will be raise to a point where you believe anything is possible for you to achieve. Overcome negative self-talk by being mindful of your negative thinking patterns and replace them with positive self-talks.

5. Unforgiveness.

Lack of forgiveness is a sign that you are vibrating at a low frequency. Lack of forgiveness makes you bitter and bitterness is a sign of low vibration. Whenever someone offends you, be quick to forgive the person not because they are right or deserve forgiveness, but because you deserve peace of mind.

Lack of forgiveness causes most of our self-sabotaging behaviors. Unwillingness to forgive the person that wronged you will keep you locked up in a mental prison serving time for the person’s offense.

Learn to forgive. As you forgive and let go of the situation, your vibration increases making you a channel to receive forgiveness. Understand that no one is entirely perfect. Sometimes we fall short of doing the right things and that is what makes us human.

6. Ungratefulness.

Ungratefulness lowers your vibration. Someone who doesn’t express gratitude for the things they receive will probably not receive anything next time from the giver. Ungrateful people have a habit of complaining about the things they don’t have instead of being grateful for the things they already have.

On the other hand, a grateful heart is a magnet for miracles. Someone who is grateful for all they have even when they don’t have all they need, vibrates at a very high frequency making them an irresistible magnet which attracts blessings from people. Always be grateful.

7. Judging and criticizing people.

Your perception of someone is a reflection of you. Whenever you judge or criticize people, always remember that it says nothing about the person but speaks loudly of you. It shows that you vibrate at a low frequency that you need to be mindful of.

Judging and criticizing people projects your fears and insecurities. Anytime you judge or criticize other people know that your vibration is low.

Build yourself up mentality, emotionally and physically so that you won’t have any reason to judge and criticize others. Learn to love yourself as you build up your self-esteem and confidence.

As you begin to feel more confident about yourself, you will have no reason to project your fears and insecurities by judging and criticizing other people.
