Stress lowers your vibration that it prevents you from performing at your best. Whenever you feel stressed out, your vibration becomes low. Someone who feels stressed vibrates at a low frequency which limit their productivity.
Try not to stress yourself about things of little importance. Whenever the feeling of stress or anxiety comes, learn to take a rest. As you have some rest, you will feel energetic afterwards and your vibration will be increased.
2. Lack of sleep.
Getting adequate amount of sleep at night can raise your vibration the following morning. Lack of sleep will make you feel grumpy and irritable in the morning. After a stressful day, having a good night’s sleep is all the medication your body needs.
Lack of sleep will make you lose your ability to focus during the day. It will lower your vibration that you become too slow to concentrate in achieving your tasks.

Whenever someone offends you, be quick to forgive the person not because they are right or deserve forgiveness, but because you deserve peace of mind.
Lack of forgiveness causes most of our self-sabotaging behaviors. Unwillingness to forgive the person that wronged you will keep you locked up in a mental prison serving time for the person’s offense.
Learn to forgive. As you forgive and let go of the situation, your vibration increases making you a channel to receive forgiveness. Understand that no one is entirely perfect. Sometimes we fall short of doing the right things and that is what makes us human.
Ungratefulness lowers your vibration. Someone who doesn’t express gratitude for the things they receive will probably not receive anything next time from the giver. Ungrateful people have a habit of complaining about the things they don’t have instead of being grateful for the things they already have.
On the other hand, a grateful heart is a magnet for miracles. Someone who is grateful for all they have even when they don’t have all they need, vibrates at a very high frequency making them an irresistible magnet which attracts blessings from people. Always be grateful.
7. Judging and criticizing people.
Your perception of someone is a reflection of you. Whenever you judge or criticize people, always remember that it says nothing about the person but speaks loudly of you. It shows that you vibrate at a low frequency that you need to be mindful of.
Judging and criticizing people projects your fears and insecurities. Anytime you judge or criticize other people know that your vibration is low.
Build yourself up mentality, emotionally and physically so that you won’t have any reason to judge and criticize others. Learn to love yourself as you build up your self-esteem and confidence.
As you begin to feel more confident about yourself, you will have no reason to project your fears and insecurities by judging and criticizing other people.
