When you have endured so much pain and distress for a long time, there comes a point you say ‘enough is enough.’ You have been through suffering and now you have had enough. Enough of the pain and hardship, now is time to live above everything constantly pulling you down. When you declare that you have had enough of the negativity and want a better life for yourself, the change takes place.
Are you tired of falling a victim of circumstance as a result of your negative thinking pattern? Change is possible. No matter how glued you are to your way of life, you can change.
Here are two (2) things that makes people change;
1. The right amount of pain to say “enough is enough!”
Pain is a great motivator. It pushes one to the edge. Its aim is not to break you but to remold you. When you have had enough of pain and want it to stop because you no longer want to deal with it, you mindset changes from that very moment.
The right amount of pain will push you to the edge, but not over the cliff. Sadly, some people get pushed over the cliff as they get overwhelmed by their woes. The pains of the world leave them feeling hopeless and dejected and some resort to commit suicide.
Enough of the pain and hopelessness; enough of the sicknesses and diseases; enough of the financial limitations and hardships. Enough is enough! You have had enough of all that negativity and want something better for yourself.
2. When you find out that there is something better than what you are used to.
Most times people prevent the biggest transformation from taking place in their lives because they are too attached to who they have been. Old ways won’t open new doors. Every next level of your life will demand a different you. The change you are scared to make may be the miracle you have been praying for.
All suffering is caused by being in the wrong place. If you are unhappy where you are, move to someplace better. When you discover that there is something better than what you are used to, it becomes easy to let go of your old ways. Change takes place when you find out that there is something better than what you are used to; when you discover that there is something more positive and empowering than what you currently practice, you gradually begin to let go of your old negative mindset and embrace change.
To feel the right amount of pain and find out that there is something better than what you are used to are the two things that makes people change. Change will take place when you have had enough of what you are used to and what something better, and strive towards becoming a better version of yourself.
