Everything in the universe is energy. We all vibrate at different frequencies. The things you think about and the way it makes you feel activates a vibration within you. You will attract whatever vibration matches yours.

Negativity can only bring you down when you vibrate at its frequency. Vibrate at the highest frequency possible. Always believe that something wonderful is about to happen.

As you think about the things you want in reality, you attract them into your life. You will have the things that are on the same frequency with you. You can raise your vibration to a higher frequency and begin to attract positivity and good vibes.

Here are seven (7) ways to raise your vibration;

1. Meditate.

Meditation helps relieve stress, anxiety and depression. It gives you peace of mind and a clearer insight to the operation of your mind and how your thoughts work.

Find a quiet and comfortable position, close your eyes and breathe in and out. Concentrate on your breathing for some minutes.

Day by day, as we hurry through life, our mind wanders and often get distracted leaving us in a state of anxiety and stress. Meditation calms your spirit and helps you achieve inner peace. Practice meditation for ten minutes every day to help raise your vibration.

2. Practice gratitude.

A grateful heart is a magnet for miracles. Gratitude attracts blessings. Always be grateful for everything you receive, most especially when you don’t receive what you want. As you cultivate an attitude of gratitude by expressing appreciation for every aspect of your life, both big and small, your vibration will be raised to a high frequency that you begin to attract blessings and favors.

Cultivate an attitude of gratitude, and give thanks for everything that happens to you, with the mindset that every positive step you take is a step towards attaining something bigger and better than your present situation.

3. Stay close to nature.

Nature is beautiful. If you truly love nature, you will learn to appreciate it. Stop hurrying for a moment and spend some time standing in the sun. Move your body a little bit while you enjoy the beautiful sunshine and fresh air. Switch off your mobile phones and gadgets, better still, leave them at home, to enable you spend some quality time reconnecting with mother nature.

As you practice staying close to nature, you will begin to radiate beauty in everything you do. You will start vibrating on a frequency of infinite beauty and positivity.

4. Eat high vibrational foods.

High vibrational foods are foods that helps raise your vibration. They are full of energy. High-vibe foods include organic vegetables, local fruits, whole heirloom grains or quality sourced poultry and fish.

The more you consume high vibrational foods, you will be full of life force energy. Eat as much high-vibe foods as you can, they will help raise your vibration.

5. Keep good company.

You vibrate at the same frequency with the people you surround yourself with. Surround yourself with people that reflect who you want to become and how you want to feel. Always keep good company. Don’t spend time with people that don’t lift you up and encourage you.

The company you keep have a great impact and influence on the choices you make. If you want to make better choices in life, learn to surround yourself with people who make great choices and decisions with their lives. As you keep good company, your vibration will be raised to make better decisions.

6. Think positive thoughts.

A positive mindset attracts positive things. The more you think positive thoughts, positive things happens. On the other hand, if you dwell on negative thoughts, you will experience negative things happen to you like bad breaks, disappointments, misfortunes etc.

Think positive thoughts for it breeds positive results. Replace every negative thought with positive thoughts. As you think and vibrate on positivity, your life will transform completely.

7. Practice forgiveness.

Nothing holds one back more than unforgiveness. You will never be able to raise your vibration if you still cling to something someone did in the past that hurt you. Regardless of who you are, lack of forgiveness will keep you stuck in the past. It doesn’t matter who is wrong or right, your unwillingness to forgive the person that hurt you will prevent you from truly moving forward with your life.

Practice forgiveness. Forgiveness is the best way to express your love. As you forgive and let go of the situation, your heart comes alive again. The heaviness you always felt for the person gradually fades away and all you can feel now is love for them. This raises your vibration to also receive forgiveness from others. As you forgive, you will be forgiven.
